LKN and their team have been responsive and fast in analyzing our request to write a report for obtaining a permit to remove a load-bearing wall. At the last minute, we decided to add brick veneer on a sidewall and LKN did not mind doing extra work to investigate the first-floor framing to ensure it is suitable for this addition.
